Delivery

Works ship from Lagos with GIG Logistics or DHL, fully insured for their sale value, with tracking. Works are professionally packed: canvases may be rolled in archival tubes or crated; framed works are glazed with acrylic, never glass.

Duties & taxes

Shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place) as standard: import duties, taxes and brokerage in the destination country are paid by the buyer. If a buyer refuses delivery or does not pay duties, return shipping and any charges will be deducted from any refund.

Export permits

Artworks leaving Nigeria must be inspected and cleared by the National Commission for Museums and Monuments (NCMM) before export. We arrange this, and it may add [TBC] working days. We sell only contemporary works with a clear origin from the artist.

Returns

All sales are final except for damage in transit. Report any damage with photographs within 48 hours of delivery and keep all packaging. We will then arrange professional repair or a full refund, at your choice where repair is not satisfactory. Your refund does not depend on the outcome of our insurance claim.
