What we collect

Your name, email, country and message from the enquiry form. If you buy, we also collect your delivery address, phone number, payment records, and identification where we need it for compliance.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries and complete and ship sales, which is the performance of a contract; to meet tax, export and anti-money-laundering duties, which are legal obligations; and to send marketing only if you opt in, which is consent.

Who we share it with

Couriers (GIG Logistics, DHL), insurers, customs and export authorities including NCMM, payment processors, our hosting provider, and the artist (your name only, for the provenance record). Some of these are outside Nigeria. Where data is transferred abroad, we use the safeguards allowed by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and for buyers in the EU or UK, appropriate GDPR safeguards. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it
